Residential Sales Representative Clearwave Fiber | Full-Time | Field-Based | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Target earnings of $68.8K+, Unlock your earning potential with uncapped commission
- Paid training and onboarding (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM for your first two weeks)

What You'll Be Doing - Owning your territory - walk 3-5 miles daily connecting with homeowners
- Knocking doors and closing deals - work in the field from 2 PM to 7 PM
- Representing Clearwave Fiber with confidence, energy, and integrity
- Educating customers about our ultra-fast fiber internet and helping them make informed decisions
- Supporting local growth - participate in community events and weekend outreach (one Saturday per month)
Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed - A self-starter mindset - you're motivated and proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident, approachable, and a natural connector
- Physical stamina - this is an active role, often outdoors
- Comfort with mobile tech tools (Must have a mobile phone with access to apps for selling in the field.)
- Reliable transportation to get to and around your territory
- Must be 18 or older
- No prior sales experience required - we'll train the right people
